AT&T takes great care to protect customer information. As such, inquiries or changes to your account are only made by the person(s) authorized by your organization upon implementation. To protect your privacy, it is important that your organization provide AT&T with the names and pertinent information of those person(s) who are approved to handle all aspects of the account
The ACL allows your representatives to request service, receive important network updates, and inquire about your service. For Enterprise Web Hosting customers, the ACL is also used to grant admission to the Data Center in which your equipment resides. Email addresses serve as a vital link used to inform you and your staff of network upgrades, maintenance, or other issues that could affect your service. Emergency contact information allows us to reach key individuals in your organization should a time-sensitive event arise.
